10 National Night Out
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. Neighbors participate across thousands of communities from all 50 states, United States territories, Canadian cities, and military bases worldwide. Maidu Neighborhood Association usually hosts our NNO event on the first Tuesday in August at the pavilion between the skate park and batting cages in Maidu Park.
11 The Roseville Better Gardens Club (RBGC) meets monthly on the third Tuesday of the month at 12:30 PM at the Maidu Community Center.  RBGC offers meetings with knowledgeable speakers; informative horticultural presentations; and opportunities for community service activities and special field trips and tours.  You are always welcome to visit a RBGC meeting.
